We call Avalu in English as mustard seeds. Generally, in Kanada mustard seeds are known as avalu in other parts of India we call Avalu in English as mustard seeds.

Rate of avalu i.e. mustard seeds is around Rs.110/Kg. And you can find it in any local shop across everywhere in India as it is a basic ingredient required for each and every one for cooking in India.
